1	Franchisee Request	You can submit online application for franchise.
2	Address Proof
A	Individual/Prop.	Address Proof of Head/Owner: Copy of Landline Phone Bill or Electricity Bill or any utility bill (for the last 2 month) or Passport or Voter Card
B	For Partnership Firm:	Address Proof of all Partners: Copy of Landline Phone Bill or Electricity Bill or any utility bill (for the last 6 month) or Passport or Voter Card. Copy of Partnership Deed Duly Signed by All Partners Request letter on Letter Head for Authorized Person Who Will Deal with Future Tech Institute (Head Office)
C	For Trust/ Society	Copy of Trust Deed/Copy of Registration Certificate Address Proof of Main Office Bearer (At least Two): Copy of Landline Phone Bill or Electricity Bill or any utility bill (for the last 2 month) or Passport or Voter Card or Latest Bank Statement/Passbook Request letter on Letter Head for Authorized Person Who Will Deal with Future Tech Institute (Head Office)
3	Photo ID Proof
A	Individual/Prop.	Copy of PAN Card or Driving Licence or Aadhar Card or Passport or Voter Card.
B	For Partnership Firm:	Copy of PAN Card or Driving Licence or Aadhar Card or Passport or Voter Card. of All Partners
