At Future Tech Institute, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a limited refund option under the following terms:

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 2 days of purchasing the course.

• To qualify, the student must not have completed more than 10% of the course content.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

• Refunds will not be provided after 2 days from the date of purchase.

• No refund is allowed if the student has downloaded course materials or accessed major content.

• Registration fees or convenience charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

• Students must email their refund request to: info@futuretechinstitute.com

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Rights Reserved

Future Tech Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any refund request based on our policy and internal review.
